Since 2018, I have been founding and heading the Bukovinian Center of Mediation.
Since 2015, she have been actively working on introducing mediation values into the educational process of training future lawyers and disseminating them in society.
2018-2022 Head of the working group from Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University on the implementation of the ERASMUS + KA2 grant; Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices in the Capacity Building in Higher Education group: "Mediation: training and society transformation / MEDIATS".
Passed the international training within the framework of the ERASMUS + КА2 grant project: Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices in the group Capacity Building in Higher Education: "Mediation: training and society transformation / MEDIATS" from 3.02.2019 to 10.02.2019 at the Netherlands Business Academy (Breda, the Netherlands), from 07.12.2019 to 15.12.2019 at the University of Turiba (Riga, Latvia) and Riga, Latvia) and from 11.01.2020 to 19.01.2020 at the Catholic University of San Antonio (Murcia, Spain), with a total of 9 ECTS credits. Diploma of the examination board of the International Masters Mediation Federation of International Counselors of Mediation (No. BCA0001) dated January 16, 2020.
Initiator and one of the developers of the curriculum for the discipline "Business Mediation" of the OPP Mediation, specialty 081 Law.
Developer of the English-language course for masters of specialty 081 Law "Alternative Dispute Resolution Tools" (15 lecture and 30 practical hours).
Founder and co-organizer of 3 student All-Ukrainian Mediation Schools held in 2019, 2021 and 2023 at the Law Faculty of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University in cooperation with the Ukrainian Bar Association.
Author of more than 30 scientific and practical publications on mediation.
Organized and conducted, jointly with the Chernivtsi, Kharkiv and Odesa Regional Councils for Justice Reforms of the EU Project "Pravo-Justice", a national online roundtable for law schools of Ukraine on the implementation of common approaches to the implementation of SC8 of the industry master's standard of specialty 081 Law.
